Fixed an issue where the scroll feature was not working when there were too many players in the jail and community service list.
Fixed an issue where the system checking players' jail status threw an error when the jail system was disabled.
Fixed an issue where players' first and last names were not displaying in the penalty list for qb and qbox.
Added a tint remover item to the configWindowTint.lua file. You can use this item to remove window tints from vehicles.
Fixed an issue related to the shop register.
