Lumi Hud 1.11.0 - Updates

You can now freely adjust the height of the black bars while cinematic mode is active.
The health and armor indicators added by GTA to the minimap are no longer forced via code; they are now applied by streaming a custom minimap.gfx file.
When a character is muted, the icon in the voice indicator now changes accordingly.
While speaking on the radio, the voice indicator icon now changes as well.
You can now disable the border around the minimap from the HUD settings (server owners can also disable it directly from the config).
Added the ability to disable the streamed custom minimap from the config, reverting to the original GTA minimap.
Added an engine health indicator to the aircraft HUD.
Minor improvements were made.
